Stephanie Hamon is the Head of Legal Operations Consulting at Norton Rose Fulbright. She was previously the MD, Head of External Engagement, Legal for Barclays, where her role aimed to set and deliver the commercial management strategy for Barclays' legal function, which includes devising and implementing the commercial optimization program. Prior to joining Barclays, Hamon held leadership roles in the client service and business development functions of several global law firms.
